Submitting artwork
Please email all artwork to: publisher@childrensguide.com.au.
Please include your business name, a contact number and your guide category in your email.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that artwork is uploaded accurately, the publisher has no control over display settings of users' computers, and will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the files supplied to us.
Providing a logo/small graphic for inclusion with your listing
■ Your logo/small graphic must fit in an area that is: 40mm (w) x 40mm (h) ■ Logo must be full colour (CMYK) ■ It must be high resolution (300 dpi) ■ Accepted File Formats: tif, eps, pdf, jpg
Providing photos for an exclusive web page and blog
■ Your photos must be no larger than A6: 148mm (w) x 105mm (h). If they are larger we will resize. ■ Photos must be full colour (CMYK) ■ Photos must be high resolution (300 dpi) ■ Accepted File Formats: tif, eps, pdf, jpg ■ Photos which include people must be accompanied by a signed consent form by each person in the photo who can be identified, or parent/guardian of a minor or person with a decision making disability.
Providing PDF documents for Dancing or Flying levels
■ Documents must be supplied as a PDF ■ Each PDF must be a maximum of 500 KB ■ If documents contain photos of individuals (adult or child) who can clearly be identified, a consent form must be supplied, or other document stating that this person gave their consent to be included in your literature.
