This is the registration form for all businesses and services. ONLINE FORM ONLY FOR EXPLORER & FIREFOX If you are a child care, pre-school or primary school please select the appropriate registration above.

Please provide as much information as you can to showcase your business. Fill in your details below (ONLY AVAILABLE TO INTERNET EXPLORER AND FIREFOX BROWSERS) or download and return this form. Not all fields apply to all businesses. The details you provide will be included in one area under one category. Fill in separate forms for each area or category in which you would like to include your business. Note, we may refuse non-child or family related businesses.
Logos and exclusive pages are completely optional. Your details will be checked to ensure your business is child and family related and once we have confirmed your details, you will receive a Statement of Inclusion (SOI) to approve. Your listing will be included on this website by 5pm on the next Wednesday after approving your SOI.

CLAPPING LEVEL $100 As well as filling in all your details above you can also choose to add your logo. Yes I would like to include my business logo or small graphic. The logo/graphic will appear on the website and becomes a direct link to your website (as provided above). If you provided a website and email address above, these will also become links.
If you decide to include your logo please see the Submitting artwork tab. A 14 day invoice will be issued once we have sent you a Statement of Inclusion (SOI) and confirmed your details. All prices include GST.
DANCING LEVEL $250 All your details at the Smiling and Clapping levels are included in this price, and you can also include 4 external links, 1 PDF and a photo for use in the blog. Yes I would like to include the following 4 website URLs, 1 PDF and photo for use in the blog. To include a PDF and photo please see the Submitting artwork tab. Please copy and paste URLs from your browser. If your URL is to a social media site, we will insert the relevant logo. Note that you can also provide a 75 word description above.

FLYING LEVEL $500 All your details at the Smiling, Clapping and Dancing levels are included in this price, and you can also choose to add 3 more PDFs, 4 photos and a map of your business location. These will all be displayed on a page exclusive to your business. Yes, I would like an exclusive page. Please provide your URLs in the Dancing Level spaces and see Submitting artwork for specifications for PDFs and photos. Note that you can also provide a 150 word description above.
