Hours: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 9.30am - 4.30pm.

Mon: Part time as we are in and out visiting businesses, or testing one of the venues, products or activities with our kids; messages are checked regularly which we will try and return within a couple of hours.

  

Our team: You can call, email or write to Julia, Karen or Victoria. Our days vary but we are all familiar with all elements of Children's Guide and whichever of us takes your call should be able to handle your query. Often, only one or two of us are near the phone, and regularly on it. If we can't take your call please leave a message and we'll get back to you once we're off the phone or back at our desks. Please note there are no positions currently available.

 

Graphic Design and photography: If you have a query or comment about design and layout let us know and we will forward it on to Hally, our designer; any queries or comments regarding photography will be forwarded to John, our photographer. We kindly ask that you please do not offer to bid or quote to design or photograph for Children's Guide. You're probably great, but we love and are loyal to Hally and John.

Mips Media & Special Events, a wholly Australian (very small) company, founded by Julia Marshall, Director.

Books, newsletters and all other marketing materials are printed in Australia.
